We offer both inpatient and in-home hospice care for your patients.

Palliative Care

Palliative Medicine Services at Roper St. Francis Healthcare improves the quality of life of patients who are living with a life-limiting illness. For more information or to speak to a member of our Palliative Care team, please call (843) 606-7810.


Sexual Health Care Center

Roper St. Francis Health Services Center provides access to essential medical care, case management and other supportive services as well as housing and health insurance assistance for people living with HIV/AIDS. Clinical preventive services like PrEP and nPEP are also available. The Center primarily cares for patients from seven counties: Berkeley, Charleston, Colleton, Dorchester, Georgetown, Horry and Williamsburg, but is open to any adult (ages 18 or older) who lives in South Carolina. AccessHealth Tri-County Network

AccessHealth Tri-County Network is a community program that provides care coordination to low-income individuals not covered by health insurance and who do not have a doctor or medical home. By connecting the Lowcountry's low-income, uninsured residents to a medical home, we are able to better meet their primary care needs and improve the health of our community.
