Physical Therapy

Workers' Comp Rehab

If you are injured on the job, we have the tools and expertise to help you recover so you can get back to being productive and pain-free as soon as possible. Our performance-based methodology helps patients increase strength, endurance and cardio function. We also conduct Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCEs) and have trained occupational therapists.

 

Sports Therapy

Our athletic training and therapy protocols can help you address biomechanical issues to prevent injuries and strengthen muscles to stay injury free. Our team understands the complexities of high-level rehabilitation needs of athletes of all ages and specializes in:
  • Preventing, evaluating, diagnosing, and treating sports injuries
  • Coordinating care across multiple touch points, including physicians, parents, coaches and school/club officials

 

Massage Therapy

Rates are 45 minutes $60, 60 minutes $75, 75 minutes $85, 90 minutes $100.

 

Hand Therapy

  • Soft tissue sprains and strains
  • Fractures of the upper extremity
  • Arthritic/degenerative joint disease
  • Rotator cuff injuries and other shoulder pathologies
  • Compression-based and traumatic peripheral nerve injuries

Already have a doctor's prescription for therapy? Request your first appointment with us online. We offer convenient times and locations to fit your schedule.

New patient information

 

Your first visit will last approximately one hour and will include a comprehensive evaluation and applicable treatment administered by a licensed physical therapist, who will review your medical history, diagnostic tests and any recent events that may have contributed to your current condition. Your evaluation will include assessment of your current functional deficits, pain level and posture, as well as a thorough evaluation of your flexibility, strength, balance and endurance. Following your evaluation, your physical therapist will thoroughly explain your personalized treatment plan and expectations for recovery.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your initial scheduled appointment time in order to complete all necessary paperwork. Wear comfortable clothing, such as athletic wear, and please do not wear jewelry.

  • Photo identification (valid driver’s license, valid state ID, school ID card, or valid passport)
  • Prescription/doctor referral
  • Insurance card
