Hurricane Idalia: Latest closures and delays
Roper St. Francis Healthcare continues to monitor the track of the storm and its expected impact.
Here are the latest closures and delays for our facilities across the Lowcountry as of 4:00 p.m. on 8/30. For continued updates, visit:
Surgical procedures Canceled Thursday
Only emergent and urgent surgical procedures will be held Thursday, August 31. All other procedures have been canceled.
Outpatient Services Canceled Thursday
All Roper St. Francis Healthcare outpatient services are closed Thursday morning and will reopen at Noon.
Practice Closures
Roper St. Francis Physician Partners Practices will close on Wednesday, August 30 at 4 p.m. Virtual options only will be available Thursday, August 31.
Express Care Closures
All Roper St. Francis Express Cares will close at 4 p.m. on Wednesday, August 30 and will reopen Thursday, August 31 at 1 p.m.
Oncology Services Delayed on Thursday
Oncology Services will open at 10 a.m., Thursday, August 31. Patients will be contacted with updated appointment times.
All other ambulatory services: Closed Thursday morning until noon.
Affected ambulatory areas include radiology, imaging, lab, HOPD office clinics, outpatient therapies and the ATI joint ventures, CT surgery clinic and wound care clinic sites.
