Dr. Jeffrey DiLisi named “Community Hospital CEO to Know”
Dr. Jeffrey DiLisi, president and chief executive officer of Roper St. Francis Healthcare, has been named one of 83 community hospital CEOs to know by Becker’s Hospital Review.
“Community hospitals are among the most important institutions in the communities they serve, and it’s up to the CEOs to ensure they thrive,” according to Becker’s.
Becker’s Hospital Review highlighted DiLisi as the the first physician to lead the health system.
“He previously served as senior vice president and chief medical officer of the 394-bed Arlington-based Virginia Hospital Center, which was one of The Joint Commission’s top performers on key quality measures under his leadership. He also helped lead the hospital’s successful effort to join Rochester, Minn.-based Mayo Clinic Health System,” according to Becker’s.
