Roper St. Francis Physician Partners Primary Care includes internal and family medicine doctors with primary care locations throughout the Charleston, SC region. Our doctors are dedicated to providing patients with excellent primary care, from routine physical exams to acute illnesses to chronic illness management both in office and through virtual visits. Our doctors are wellness oriented, putting an emphasis on preventive care and health education. For those times when you need to see a doctor right away we also offer five Express Care locations.

Roper St. Francis Physician Partners Primary Care’s board certified physicians offer a full spectrum of services to meet your healthcare needs. Our team of doctors include both Family Medicine and Internal Medicine.

Our primary care doctors specialize in the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of diseases. They help you manage medical problems for all acute and chronic illnesses, including the treatment of diabetes, high blood pressure and heart disease. They are also your medical home for all wellness exams and immunizations. Finally, you can count on your primary care doctor to coordinate any specialty care you may require.

Walk-in care with extended hours

Some of our primary care locations offer walk-in service during the day and through extended hours. No appointment is needed. You’ll be seen by an Advanced Practice Provider (APP), which comprise of nurse practitioners and physician assistants. For more info on APPs, you can review this blog post.
