Roper St. Francis Announces Plans To Build at Shem Creek
Medical Office Building To Be Located at Coleman Boulevard, Mill Street

Roper St. Francis Healthcare (RSFH) today announced that it has signed an agreement to lease 1.07 acres of land on Shem Creek in Mount Pleasant. The land is located at the corner of Coleman Boulevard and Mill Street.

Plans call for the demolition of the existing building and construction of a 3-story,
24,000 square foot medical office building that will house physician offices and diagnostic services, including professional laboratory and imaging. Construction could begin as early as Summer 2008.

The project has already received approval from the Town of Mount Pleasant.
