At RSFH, we have in place an organization-wide system that supports processes which ensure continuous measurement and improvement, and results in safe, high quality, cost effective healthcare services for our community. We strive to improve operational and clinical efficiencies, and to reduce variation and waste. Endeavors to actively involve front line staff in the selection of measurement, analysis of data, selection of improvements, and implementation of solutions are ongoing. Unit-specific scorecards are in place and serve to keep the staff aware of their performance on quality measures.
