The Program provides several services to eligible enrollees in accessing and receiving medical care.
Doctor Care
Infectious Disease Doctors
The program contracts with several infectious disease doctors. If you cannot afford to see a doctor, the program may be able to assist with these expenses.
Primary Care Doctors
Along with your HIV specialist, you may wish to see a primary care doctor.
Specialty Care Doctors
If you have specific specialty care needs, the program will work to assist you in accessing the specialty medical care you need.
Medications
The program can assist you in accessing the medications you need to stay healthy. Your case manager can help you find access to HIV and non-HIV medications through state programs and private foundations. Your medications can be easily and discretely shipped to your home.
Dental Care
The program provides comprehensive dental care to eligible enrollees. This includes preventative work and restorative care. Choose from a number of excellent dentists throughout our area.
Mental Healthcare
The program can provide comprehensive mental health counseling, support groups or mental health medications to eligible enrollees. Friends and family are also welcome to attend the support groups. Our staff chaplain is available to all enrollees who would like to receive spiritual or support services. These services are not affiliated with any specific faith or religion, but focus instead on spirituality and spiritual wellness.
Support Groups
Support groups meet at Roper Hospital. For more information, call 720-8303.
Substance Abuse Treatment
If you struggle with substance abuse, we can help. The program can help you access many inpatient and outpatient substance abuse programs.
Insurance Continuation Services
If you have private insurance, you may qualify for assistance with your insurance co-payments or premium payments.
Clinical Case Management
Our qualified and experienced case managers are here to help you with your HIV care. Our team will partner with you to identify and access the services available to you as a person living with HIV.
Wellness Care
Patients are eligible to participate in nutritional and exercise counseling services.
